The sun-room is a lovely way to maximise the connection between the practical indoor spaces

and the patio area that is exclusively for use by our Shippon guests.

The Shippon is a welcoming two-storey cottage with its own private entrance — a great choice for larger families or groups who want space to spread out and enjoy time together.

Inside, you’ll find a bright, comfortable living room with space for everyone to relax after a busy day exploring North Devon. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need for easy family meals — and a dishwasher, washer/dryer and fridge/freezer make life that bit simpler.

The separate dining room is perfect for family meals or board games, and it leads into a cosy snug with a big corner sofa and TV (with Roku) for film nights. The sun room opens onto a raised patio — just right for an evening BBQ or a quiet glass of wine.

Sleeping up to seven, the Shippon has a downstairs twin room with its own full ensuite bathroom, plus a double, a triple and a family bathroom upstairs. There’s space for a travel cot in both upstairs bedrooms.

Beds are freshly made for your arrival and hand/bath towels are provided. You’ll have two reserved parking spaces and free Starlink Wi-Fi. 

Sorry, we are not able to accept dogs in the Shippon.
